Dato’ Sri Rusli bin Ahmad is the Exco Chairman, Legal Governance & Security Director of Global Capital Ltd since 2018.
He officially retires in the Royal Malaysia Police (RMP) in 8th May 2017 with his last position as Director with the rank of Police Commissioner in the Crime Prevention and Community Safety (JPJKK) at Federal Police Headquarters, Bukit Aman Kuala Lumpur in May 2017.
Dato’ Sri Rusli who had previously served as Johor Police Chief in March 2015. He joined RMP in 12th February 1978 as an Inspector and through his career, he has been assigned to several departments.
During his 39 years of service in RMP, Dato’ Sri Rusli held various positions including Deputy Director of JPJKK, Principal Assistant Director of Research and Development, in Federal Police Headquarters, Bukit Aman and Officer in Charge of Police District, Cheras Kuala Lumpur. Dato’ Sri Rusli also has exposure to courses and seminars related to crime locally, most of the Asean countries, as well as the United States, Netherland, and Australia.
Dato’ Sri Rusli holds a Master of Law from University of Malaya and also has experience as an Investigation Officer, Criminal Investigation Department, Tawau Sabah, and Investigation Officer, Traffic Branch in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah and the Bukit Aman Discipline Unit during the service period in the RMP from 1978 to 1992.

Dato’ Roman Yek Siew Lee is the Strategic Business Advisor and Exco Member of Global Capital Ltd since January 2018.
Dato’ Roman Yek Siew Lee, born 26 May 1974, Perak, Malaysia, is a 3rd generation Chinese ethnic businessman, investor, and philanthropist.
In the year 1994, he started his career in aluminum manufacturing, and during the year 1996-2004 as CEO of Diamond Interior Design in Singapore.
On the year 2004, Dato’ Roman was engaged as public listed D.B.E. Gurnet Resources Group independent business advisor, and on the year 2013 as special advisor to SPL Resources in the polis force logistic affair. In the year 2016 Dato’ Roman was appointed as Corporate Advisor of public listed Nexgram Group.
Dato Roman is also active in social and philanthropy works. In the year 2011, he was appointed as director of Nan Hwa High School and appointed as Vice Chairman since the year 2014. He is also an advisor to various ethnic, education, religious groups, and a believer in sustainable socialprenuership society.

Dato’ Larry Tey Por Yee
Dato’ Larry is a Malaysian businessman and venture capitalist. Today, Larry is a Transaction Advisor and Exco Member of Global Capital Ltd.
Larry started his businesses in early 90’s, took several companies public during the 2000’s, and later joined Global Capital Limited as Corporate Advisor in the year 2008, to focus on investment and merger and acquisition dealings in emerging markets, especially the Asia Pacific with the special interest in technology, infrastructure, and energy companies.
Larry invested in various startup companies in North America and Canada, before returning to Malaysia where he joined a corporate advisory company.
He joined Gomif Partners (GP) in 2015 to extend his network to back social business concept in venture capital circles.
Gomif Partners is an early stage investment advisory network co-advised by socialpreneur Larry Tey Por Yee and several private venture partners. GP’s investors invest in and work with information technology companies at any stage but are primarily focused on seed and early stage investments.
Larry is a serial entrepreneur of several multi-national companies, including co-founded Nexgram Group of companies with businesses in telecom, property and information technology industries with the presence in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and China. Larry retires from Nexgram Group in the year 2016 to focus on socialpreneurship activities.
Larry earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Manitoba.
Dato’ Adrian Ooi Kock Aun
Dato’ Adrian Ooi Kock Aun is a Malaysian businessman and currently a Transaction Advisor and Exco Member of Global Capital Ltd.
The early year 2009, Adrian serves as interim Chief Financial Officer, and later as Corporate Advisor of Global Capital Ltd.
Adrian was a Finance Director of PT Inovisi Infracom Tbk. He was also the Global Financial Consultant at Visionquest International Group, Auckland. He served as Group Manager of Corporate Planning for Lion Group of Companies, HQ in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from the year 1998 to 2001. Earlier, he served as Group Tax Manager at The Lion Group of Companies from 1996 to 1997 and Assistant Tax Manager of the same group since 1992. He was a Tax Executive of Ernst & Young, Kuala Lumpur from 1990 to 1992.
Dato Adrian was a Non-Executive Director of Protasco Bhd. from December 10, 2012, until November 27, 2014. He also serves as Director at Global Outreach Limited, Mauritius and Alpha Beyond Sdn Bhd, Malaysia.
He is a Certified Practising Accountant of ASCPA, Chartered Accountant of Malaysian Institute of Accountants and Associate Member of Malaysian Institute of Taxation. He holds a Bachelor of Business from the Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Australia with Accounting major & Law as minor.
