“Order” Process Flow
Client upon placing an “Order” with GCL, the Transaction Advisor (TA) will design and structure the deal for the client. Transaction Advisor will further source the Content of the Project, refers staff and professionals to fit project profile, refers advisors, and find investors to bridge or fund the Project, and package the Deal to fit client requirement, such as gain control of company management and board, general offer and take over, merger and acquisition, or simply finds a suitor or business partner.

Transaction Advisory earn fees from Client, Project Vendors, and Investors in the form of cash, or cash equivalent, options, shares, or sophisticated instruments, differs on case to case basis.
In some cases, client would find a suitor or new owner to take over the company in order to gain certain power in management or board control in view of power struggler or board room fight.
